Late Policy: Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service. More than 2 cancellations results in not being able to book with us again this goes for all clients. Thank you. If you book a package you have 60 days to redeem the services or they will be forfeited.
