Deposits

• A 50% deposit will be required for each appointment and must be paid through the website. Remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment which can be payed through either cashapp, paypal, zelle, applepay or cash.
• There are absolutely NO refunds.
• Without a deposit, you don’t have an appointment.

Late/Rescheduling Protocol

• You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you will have to reschedule.
• You are required to reschedule 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time.
• You are allowed ONLY 2 reschedules. After 2, you forfeit your payment and will have to reschedule a new appointment.
• No call no shows will not be able to book again and your payment is forfeited.

Package Deals

• If you book a package for ANY service, initial booking must be done by you. Remaining appointments will be booked by me.

Covid-19 Rules/Regulations

• To ensure the safety of both myself and you, a mask will be REQUIRED when rendering service.
• If you or anyone else around you experiencing any symptoms please cancel your appointment and we will reschedule for a later date.
• NO extra guest are allowed during your appointment. This includes children.
• Do not enter the building until your scheduled appointment time. If it is your first time, I will text with entering instructions.
• Upon arrival you will be required to wash your hands and sanitize them to protect the both of us
