Cellulite Reduction

Ninety percent of women will have cellulite at some point in their lives. While the condition is not harmful or painful many find it unappealing. Luckily LightRx has a solution for you. We offer a cellulite reduction treatment that is noninvasive. Cellulite is caused by the weakening of skin fibers whose job it is to tighten the skin. This causes the fat just below the skin to rise in certain spots.

This is what makes the undulation on the skin that many people liken to cottage cheese. These skin fibers that keep the skin tight are called collagen. The treatment works by using electromagnetic waves, and radio frequencies in order to heat the skin to an ideal temperature.

This heat triggers the body’s natural healing process. This healing process creates new collagen in the skin which tightens and reduces the appearance of the cellulite.

Skin Tightening

Skin tightening works in much the same way as cellulite reduction. The main difference is that instead of cellulite, we target wrinkled or loose skin on the body. Also in addition to the electromagnetic waves and radio frequencies for certain treatment plans we use low level lasers. These three methods work in tandem to heat the skin and trigger the body to make new collagen.

The effects take about six months to reach full and final results because that is the amount of time the body needs to create new collagen. These results can last for up to three years with the proper UV protection and skin care.

Laser Lipo

Laser lipo uses low level lasers that are aimed at the target area and melt the fat beneath skin. This fat is then transformed into a mix of glycerides and free fatty acids. These are then transferred through the body to the muscles where it will be burnt off by exercise. This may seem counter intuitive, especially if you are looking to remove fat that will not go away with typical diet and exercise, but the muscles naturally search the body for fat to transfer into energy when exercising.

Laser Hair Removal
