Policies & Procedures

Booking: We serve our customers by previously agreed appointments scheduled through online booking,

Appointments: Online booking is available 12 hours before appointments. Once an appointment is booked no changes can be made.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit. Please reschedule appointment at least 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time. You are only allowed one reschedule. No reschedules are allowed within the 48 hour period. If you do not arrive to your appointment time your appointment will be then marked as a no show. Please arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. If you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be marked as a “No Show”. Your card will be charged a 100% no show fee. After 3 no call no show appointments you can no longer book a service at Creative Body Sculpting. 

Arrival/Late: We ask that you arrive to 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrives. If a client is late we will not extend services. After 10 minutes of being late client is marked as a no call no show.

Refund Policy: All services and products are final sale. If you choose to cancel a service online or by phone no refund will be issued. Treatments, packages, and products are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.
