Welcome, I am Afrikus Hart, your experienced, certified Nurse. I am here to help you walk in your confidence again. I understand what it’s like to feel insecure about how you look in your clothes, self-conscious about how it fits, not wanting to take pictures.  I know how hard it is to lose and maintain your weight as I struggled with my own weight since childhood.  I had gastric bypass surgery in 2012 at my highest weight was 320lbs, now I have maintained around 172lbs.  I offer you the support, services, tools, and resources  you need to get the body you desire without plastic surgery! I understand the confidence you gain by small victories like being able to intofit  that outfit or to finally be able to get your dream outfit on! For me, it was a jumpsuit. Now I love the camera, can’t you tell! No I’m not perfect but I love how I look and I love the new me!  I am walking in my confidence and you can too!
