3. Once you purchase a package, you will be given a credit towards that amount of selected sessions. You can schedule all the number of sessions so you’re on the schedule (if you can, please discuss with me for proper scheduling- we advise at least two sessions per week or by weekly. staying consistent will ensure results that you achieve the best results – no more than two-three sessions per week.
