You are responsible for reading the following policy.

1. Due to COVID-19 your payment is due up front via cash app , square , Zelle or you can bring in cash 48hours before your appointment. please text 678-223-3931 for other payment options.. WITHOUT A DEPOSITYOUR APPOINTMENT ISN’T SET & YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO SEND OR IT WILL BE CANCELED.
2. PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH FOR REMAINING BALANCE NO CHANGE & NO OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED.
3. Please DO NOT bring any extra people space is very limited unless you have spoken to me.
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to do so 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment.
5. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment your payment method will be charged 50% of your service fee
6. You are allowed one(1) reschedule within a two(2) week period of your original appointment. After one(1) reschedule you will have to pay another deposit.
7. There is no grace period most of my appointments are back to back. Please if you will be late please call but there will be a $10.00 late fee. After 15mins your appointment will be canceled & you will have to reschedule
8. After 30 minutes of being late, you are considered a “NO CALL NO SHOW” and will be charged 50% of the service fee.
9. After two(2) “No Calls No Show” you will not be allowed to book again unless you pay the full service fee.

APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS!

Hydration is the number one key in your results. I highly recommend that you make sure you are well hydrated before & after your appointment. DRINK WATER!

For all services DO NOT eat heavy 2-3 hours prior to your appointment & NO ALCOHOL 3 days prior and after your appointment.

If you have had or have one of the following below these services aren’t recommenced .

• Stroke
• Pregnant
• UTI
• Skin diseases
• Overactive thyroid
• Fever
• Hepatitis
• Cancer
• Blood disorders such as hemophilia
• Diabetes
• High or Low blood pressure
• Contagious disease or infection
• Lupus
• Open wounds
